Creditor Placed insurance (CPI), Creditor's
Comprehensive Single Interest (VSI), certain equipment
products and all mortgage products
are underwritten out of our Financial Institution Services regional
office in Hainesville, Illinois. All other products are underwritten
out of our Premier Lease & Loan Services office in Cincinnati,
Ohio.

- obtaining
product Applications
- assembling
and preparing submission materials for review by the Underwriter.
